About our Norco sunroom and patio company

Why I build sunrooms in Norco

I spent years at a desk in an office before I decided I'd rather build things people can actually stand in. I learned the trade on a sunroom and patio crew, then started Suncrest Norco Sunrooms & Patios here in Norco in 2017.

Most of our calls come from people who want more out of a patio, a deck or a tired old enclosure. What I care about is that the room gets used, because a room you can't sit in, or one that lets water in at the base, is money wasted. I'd rather talk you out of something than build the wrong thing. Here in Norco that also means checking whether your house sits in a High or Very High fire hazard zone, since the city's guidance puts new construction and renovations there under wildfire building codes, and that changes how a room gets built.

What you can expect from us

  • The person who measures answers for the build

I come out myself to look at your yard and take the measurements, so the person who gave you the estimate is the one you talk to once the work starts. Our own crew does the build, not someone we hand it off to.

  • A straight answer on which room fits

We'll tell you which kind of room suits how you'll actually use it, even when that's the simpler one, like a screen room instead of a four season sunroom. If you mostly want shade and a breeze in the evening, there's no reason to build more than that.

  • An estimate built on what's really there

We check the slab, deck or patio cover the room will sit on before we price it, so your written estimate matches what's actually under it and spells out what's included. When the job needs a permit, we put the application together, deal with your city or county building office and set up the inspections. If you're ready to talk it through, call (951) 393-1005 or send us a few details.

Licensed for the work we do

  • California contractor license

California requires a license from the Contractors State License Board for anyone building or altering a structure when the job needs a building permit, uses hired workers or runs $1,000 or more in labor and materials, and a bigger job can't be split into smaller pieces to get under that line. A sunroom or patio enclosure is well past it, so make sure whoever you hire holds one. Licensed and fully insured.
