Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Suncrest Norco Sunrooms & Patios website and the way we handle estimates, scheduling and payment when you work with us. When you browse the site, send us a request or book an estimate, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can always call us at (951) 393-1005 with questions before you decide.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor in Norco, CA. We design and build sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homeowners in Norco and the cities around it. You can see the full list of services on our home page and read more about our crew on our About page.
What's on this website is general information, written to help you understand the work. It isn't a promise that a particular product, design or price fits your house. Your job is set by a written estimate and contract after we've seen your property.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We base each one on what we see on site, including the size of the room, the foundation or slab it sits on, how it ties into your house, the materials you pick and what the local building office requires.
An estimate is our best figure for the work as we understand it on that day. Prices can change if the scope changes, if you ask for different materials, or if we find something once the job is open, such as damaged framing or a slab that needs repair. When that happens, we explain it and get your written okay before we do the added work.
Unless your estimate says otherwise, it stays good for 30 days, because material costs move and we can't hold a price forever.
Scheduling and cancellation
We schedule your job once the contract is signed and any required deposit is paid. Start and finish dates are our honest targets, but weather, permit and inspection timing, material delays and conditions we find on site can push them back. We'll keep you posted when something moves.
If you need to reschedule an estimate or a work day, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can plan the crew around it. If you cancel a signed contract, you keep any cancellation rights the law gives you, and you may owe for work already done and for materials we've ordered that can't be returned. Your contract spells out the details.
Payment
Your contract lists the deposit, the payment schedule and the forms of payment we take. Payments are due on the dates or project stages written there.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and we may charge late fees where your contract and the law allow it. Ownership of materials stays with us until they're paid for.
Warranties
We stand behind our work, and the warranty for your job is the one written in your contract. Products like windows, panels, roofing and doors also carry the maker's own warranty, which the maker handles under its terms.
Apart from what's written in your contract and the makers' warranties, the website and its content are provided as is. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error free or current.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Suncrest Norco Sunrooms & Patios isn't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of a room or lost income, that come from using this website or from delays outside our control.
For any claim about our work, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless the law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't be limited under California law.
Settling disagreements
If something isn't right, call us first, because most problems get fixed fastest when we talk it through and come back out to look. If we can't sort it out together within 30 days, we both agree to try mediation before going to court.
If a dispute still isn't settled, it will be heard in the courts of Riverside County, California, unless your contract or the law says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. A change won't alter a contract you've already signed unless we both agree to it in writing.
Questions about these terms
If anything here is unclear, call us at (951) 393-1005 or send a note through our Contact page, and we'll walk you through it.
